The refurbishment of the existing building posed challenges, as our engineering team navigated the integration of current technology with the preexisting structural elements. Throughout construction, numerous modifications and design alterations were implemented, and this private residence is scheduled for completion in 2024.

This development comprises one of twelve residential properties situated in an emerging neighborhood. Named as one of Dubai’s Top 50 homes, this five-bedroom villa captures boutique hotel elegance with open-plan living and lush greenery. Seamless interiors feature Italian Cotte De’este flooring, a bespoke Calacatta marble kitchen, and Crestron home automation.
